RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

To initiate a return, contact us at sunny.loops@gmx.net. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all accessories. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
